SSI 2024 Registration

There are several steps in the registration process to be followed through the web form below:

1) Follow the registration form below to first enter identification information to be copied to your name tag/badge, contact info, invitation/visa letter request, reception & dinner attendance, and dietary requirements.

2) A separate Site Access Form is required for all on-site participants without a SLAC badge (not equivalent to registration for this event) for access to be granted by SLAC Security at the main gate. Please click on the link below to submit this form. You'll receive an email confirmation once your form has been approved.

3) Please visit the Payment Link after you have selected the appropriate registration category and made your dinner selection near the end of the registration form below, before acknowledging the payment completion to submit registration. Your Indico registration record will indicate Paid status only after a manual verification of payment which may take a few days.

Late registration fee levels will apply for payments made after July/5/2024.

ZOOM link will be announced to registered participants shortly before SSI starts.
