Information for Exhibitors

ULITIMA 2023 will be held on March 13th through March 16th. We hope ULITIMA 2023 provides a valuable opportunity for colleagues from scientific user and vendor communities to interact and discuss the latest capabilities, science, technology and future plans.

Each individual exhibitor will need to be registered in advance and complete a DOE Access Form. 

 


During the conference:

  • Exhibitors will be provided a 5' table in Building 053 for tabletop displays near the halls where presentations and talks for the conference will be held, as well as space at the Conference Reception/Exhibition held on March 13th.
  • Exhibitors will also be provided with space at the Conference Dinner on March 15th.
  • Exhibitor badges must be worn throughout the meeting and confer the same privileges as regular meeting attendees, including admission to  sessions, lunches and reception.

SLAC, a US Department of Energy Laboratory, welcomes visitors to the users’ meeting. All interested exhibitors must register in advance and comply with these requirements:
 

  • All exhibitors must provide valid photo identification upon arrival during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm). This includes valid US drivers license for US citizens, and original passport/visa/LPR documentation for foreign nationals (FN).

    • FN born in, citizen of, representing or having affiliation with Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria will not have sufficient time to request approval and, therefore, will not be able to participate.

    • FN born in, citizen of, representing or having affiliation with certain other countries or institutions may have requirements for advance approval depending on the nature of work or visit to SLAC
