Poster Session Information

If you will be presenting a poster, please use the following as a guideline.

Posters will be presented during the poster session (Tuesday afternoon) and will be left standing for all of Wednesday and should be taken down by the end of the Workshop on Thursday noon. The posters will be available for viewing a short distance from the meeting room so we expect several Coffee Breaks and Lunchtimes will serve as less formal times to view and converse over them.

Poster size:
We will use portable dividers that are 6' (180cm) tall and 13' (3950cm) wide to hold 3 posters on each side. Poster sizes are therefore flexible. If divided 3 ways, each poster could use up to 52" (132cm) horizontal space. Vertical height size limits are similarly relaxed.

90 second summary:
Poster presenters are asked to provide a 90 second oral summary of their presentation directly before the Tuesday Poster Session. To facilitate this, we ask that you provide 1 slide (or at most 2 slides) in an appropriate format that we may compile the graphics/slides together into a single slides document (e.g. google slides) to page through during the 90 second summaries session.

Your poster:
You are requested to bring a paper/hardcopy of your poster with you to pin up to the display board. In addition, please provide a digital copy of your work that others can access through the ISPA2024 indico site.

To provide both the 90 second summary slide and poster itself, you will need to upload 2 separate files as presentation materials. You can find this upload link by going to the Contribution List (or "my contributions") on the left hand menu list, locate your contribution, and click on the Presentation Materials edit link toward the bottom of the page to upload files.
