Audio/Hearing
- Live captioning and ASL interpreters will be available for all sessions.
- Captions will be available via StreamText on a separate website. Use these links: Wednesday 5/3, Thursday 5/4 to view all live captioning. This service provides the ability to review, scroll back on previous transcriptions.
- The ASL interpreters will be mostly in-person. Their camera feed will be broadcast on a zoom attendee window named "ASL interpreter".
Visual
- Presenters are strongly encouraged to use colorblindness-friendly color schemes.
- Presenters are strongly encouraged to add alt-text to their figures.

Mobility
- All rooms and buildings will be wheelchair-accessible and furniture will be arranged to preserve this access.
- Accessible seating configurations are available in the Kavli auditorium and in the remote attendance rooms.
- Meals and break stations will be arranged to make it possible to wait in line while seated.
- Multiple ADA parking spots are available in close proximity to the Kavli auditorium.
Private spaces
- We have reserved a private space for those who could benefit from a quiet room to rest without interaction.
- A private space will also be made available for breastfeeding, pumping, medical or religious reasons.
- Please contact the accessibility coordinator to reserve a quiet space at any point during the meeting.
Dietary
- Dietary requirements can be specified when ordering food.
- Vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available for all breaks, lunches, and the reception.
