Stanford On-Campus Hotels
We have reserved individual rooms for the students on Stanford campus.
We expect all the students to stay at the dorms. We have booked individual rooms for each one of you at the Stanford dorms located on Stanford campus. Check in is on Monday 7/27 and Check out will be on Tuesday 8/4.
Breakfast and dinner are included in the lodging package at the dining halls on campus (location details will be sent later). The only exception is dinner on Saturday evening.
** Note that, you will receive a fob to access to your room and a key for the shared spaces in the building - loosing the fob or the key will cost an extra $200.00 charge.

SLAC On-Campus Hotels
The Stanford Guest House is located on SLAC’s campus and is just a quick walk away to the meeting venue. Guests will have access to free wireless Internet, daily continental breakfast, laundry facilities, free parking, and smoke-free environment. Please refer to the Guest House's transportation page for shuttle services.
