
This year's program operation is with virtual ZOOM operations only in webinar mode. Regular registrants should have recevied update E-mail for ZOOM link details. New registrants after Jul/25 will receive ZOOM link details in registration completion notification. Regular participants have no direct audio/video input to the webinar. Scientific questions to lecturers should be netered in the Q&A dialog window. The chat dialogs should be limited to operational isues only. Seperate ZOOM links for lecturers will enable lectuers to engage in panelist mode (details in Speaker Information page).
During the main lectures, to ensure the lectures can proceed smoothly to timely concusion, no means of live interruptions is possible during lectures. Instead, there will be dedicated Q&A time allocated after each lecturer. The Q&A questions should be submitted online through the dedicated ZOOM Q&A dialog panel (not chat). The session chairs will select sumitted questions to read out to lecturer and audience to let lecturers answer. In case we run of time to answer some of the questions, these questions will be recorded to let lecturer to provide written answers to post to Indico later.
Lecture ZOOM recordings will be posted on Indico typically within 24hrs from the lecture. Audio transcripts are also available with the ZOOM recordings which are typically displayed on a right hand side panel next to the ZOOM video. There is a another transcript display as subtitles within the video window, which can be turned on/off with the closed caption control "cc" button.
