The aim of this workshop is to gather together a number of theoretical, experimental and accelerator physicists to discuss possible future US facilities. In particular, we would like to review the linear e+e- collider (C^3) and future R&D directions for high energy machines: muon collider, gamma-gamma, e+e-, PWFA.
We would like to produce a short document as a summary of the workshop discussions that could be used as an input to the Snowmass process.
