Upon approval of this registration form, you will receive a confirmation email containing both the Registration and Lunch Payment Links for the CardinalPay portal.
🧾 A payment receipt will be sent to the email address you provide in the CardinalPay portal — please save it for your records.
💳 Fees
- Registration Fee: $100
- Lunch Fee: $50 (optional)
- These fees are waived for Advisory Board members. If you are part of AB, please ignore the payment links.
🏫 STAP Funds Option (SLAC/Stanford Employees)
If you'd like to use your STAP Balance to cover the Registration Fee ($100), do not pay via the Registration Payment Link. Your funds will be transferred internally. Complete the STAP Funds section in the form below and ensure you have sufficient STAP Balance. Lunch can't be covered in STAP.

- Cancellations or refunds will incur a processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after August 22, 2025.
