There was a discussion of EC approval to send the PRD draft to the collaboration for review. It was agreed that the EC will send approval or a list of specific actions to be taken on the draft by Wednesday, which will be forwarded by Tim to Matt and Cameron.
Tim presented a draft of offline tasks that are needed to support HPS analysis in producing 2019 and 2021 results. This draft was used to define service work for students Tom, Rory, Emrys, and Sarah to begin on during the summer. It was agreed to work with the offline coordinators to develop this list and the plans around it to include the broader set of collaborators and all the tasks requires to deliver results, with a focus on 2019 and 2021 data. Tim will start a confluence page to facilitate this.
