This is a week-long school organized by the Machine Learning initiative at SLAC aiming toward beginners to learn and get started on using machine learning.
This is the first of a series and covers introduction to machine learning and neural networks. The future events will cover advanced topics with various themes.
This is a virtual zoom meeting (password / link-with-password distributed to registrants). The course materials are made available on a github repository.
Prerequisites:
- You must have registered (here's the form).
- Complete the prerequisites described in the repository prior to the workshop. This ensures you are prepared to run the code on SLAC gpu cluster and know basics to try exercise.
