Site access submitted less than 2 weeks before the workshop will be denied.
U.S. citizens receive automatic approval, while foreign citizens must wait for approval from the DOE.

As of May 7, 2025, all guests coming on site are required to present a REAL ID–compliant form of identification. This is part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's enforcement of the REAL ID Act.
