- Proposal for a workshop in Italy. The proposal, develped by Massimo and Emrys, was discussed, with a focus on goals, potential participation, logistics, and timing. A number of challenges were acknowledged, and it was agreed to work with the proponents to develop a poll to address these things.
- Timing for next collaboration meeting. In the case that an Italy workshop does not incorporate the content of a collaboration meeting, a plan for the next meeting is needed. Considering various schedules, the last week of May and the first two weeks of June at JLab are the window we should consider for the next meeting.
- Proposal for an early career representation on the EC. The EC unanimously supports chartering an early career group in the bylaws and charging that group with selecting a member (via a process to be proposed by that group and added to the bylaws) to participate in the EC as a non-voting member.
- Coordinator positions. The role of Reconstruction Coordinator has been vacant for some time, with Matt Graham as the acting coordinator in the interim. After some discussion, it was proposed to ask Nathan and Matthew Gignac whether they would be interested in working together to fill this role.
- Student dissertations. The status of approved and pending dissertation topics was discussed. Given current status, it was understood that Rory O'Dwyer's proposal for a 2019 SIMPs search will instead be with 2021 data, and that Sarah's A' search – originally proposed as 2019 and 2021 – will focus also on the 2021 data. Together with Emrys's resonance search on 2021 data, this will leave open 2019 analysis for Lewis and Elizabeth.
