Indico credentials are required to register. If you have neither SLAC credentials (a SLAC Windows account with SLAC email) nor a pre-existing SLAC Indico account, you must register for a new SLAC Indico account. To do so click on the highlighted "create one here" in the Indico login page.
SLAC Indico accounts are moderated by humans. To aid those humans use an institutional email address if possible. Indicate that you are a member of LSST DESC.
Use the Slack Channel #desc-collab-meeting-logistics for queries and discussion about the registration process.
