Payment Details
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing the "Payment Portal Link". Please ensure you complete your payment before the deadline. A payment receipt will be sent to the email address entered in the payment portal—kindly save it for future reference.
Please Note: Cancellations/ refunds before the deadline, will incur a processing fee, and no refunds will be available after February 28, 2025. Payment Portal Link is not applicable to students.
The Site Access form is mandatory for in-person and virtual attendees.
