This talk will introduce and discuss the low-ν method as a way of making neutrino flux measurements in two different contexts. Firstly, at few-GeV neutrino energies relevant for accelerator neutrino oscillation experiments. Secondly, at TeV neutrino energies relevant for planned searches at the Forward Physics Facility, using neutrino produced in LHC collisions.
