      Tim: We would expect (due to observing this behavior in other detectors) that the real detector could get within 5-10% of expected momentum resolution. This 2016 detector certainly does not and that points to some problem.

      MC Study? make sure that PC can actually help improve the momentum resolution within the context of alignment

      Clean Selection: PC requires a very clean selection, don't have an upper momentum cut, remove positrons, make sure constrained tracks are building the distributions we expect
