        • There is some layer requirement code in hpstr now, but unsure how/which layers are exactly required
      • Should compare to Matt Solt's results since these are displaced instead of prompt
        • Using prompt signals constrained/unconstrained showed no difference
        • Target constrain tracks of prompt decays
        • Matt's thesis says it doesn't depend on decay length? need to double check
