The Heavy Photon Search (HPS) collaboration has been diligently working towards wrapping up both the 2016 resonance and displaced vertex searches as well as preparing to reconstruct and analyze its 2019 dataset. However, we are also busily preparing to take more data during this summer's run and those activities will be the primary topic of this collaboration meeting.
In addition to updates in the analysis of the 2016 engineering run data and publication plans, updates on the calibration of the detectors using the 2019 dataset as well as upgrades to the tracking algorithms will be given.
Preparations for the 2021 run will be covered in detail, from an overview of the timeline for installation to repairs and upgrades to all subsystems. Updates to the triggers will be covered as well as procedures and support for remote shifts and data monitoring.
