Following the presentation on crossing angle versus XFEL pulse energy it was thought best to run CAIN simulations with 0.7 J per pulse and a 35 mrad crossing angle to study the extent of the problems associated with such a large angle. 

Questions were raised about the feasibility of an RF gun with our brightness spec and high electron polarization.  Sami and Jamie should comment on this. In the meantime, some CAIN  results will be produced with 0% electron polarization to verify the importance of electron polarization .
