The ATLAS experiment has recently implemented a Particle Flow algorithm aiming at combining the tracker and calorimeter information in an optimal way. This seminar aims at reviewing the current reconstruction techniques of ATLAS hadronic observables (jets and Missing Transverse Momentum) and, in particular, the improvements provided by a Particle Flow-based approach. The application of such hadronic observables will then be discussed in the context of an ATLAS supersymmetry search with large jet multiplicities (7-12 jets) and moderate MET.
