 AEMON Collaboration Meeting \nThe first DORAEMON collaboration meeting wi
 ll take place at Kyushu University in Japan. The primary goal of the meeti
 ng is to prepare for the first release of AI-ready datasets and associate 
 data challenges. Necessary tasks and intermediate milestones will be discu
 ssed\, and responsibilities will be set for the US and Japanese teams. \n
 Open Data Challenge (OpenDC): The current status of data generation and a 
 preliminary set of tasks and metrics for the first data challenges will be
  presented along with the status and plan of baseline AI solutions R&D for
  multiple detector technology domains including LArTPC\, Water Cherenkov\,
  Liquid Scintillator\, Neutrino Telescope\, and emulsion imaging.\nKnowled
 ge Hub (KHub): The project website is a key element to ensure the accessib
 ility and findability of the datasets\, data challenges\, and our AI knowl
 edge repository including hands-on projects and lecture materials derived 
 from the data challenges and AI insights collected through an annual revie
 w of submitted AI solutions to data challenges. At the meeting\, the statu
 s of the website\, associated tools\, and materials of the knowledge repos
 itory.\nCommunity Engagement (CE): The strategy and planning for hosting t
 he first DORAEMON AI school and development of curriculum will be an impor
 tant part of the discussion at this meeting\, and also toward the second m
 eeting where we will finalize the AI school program for the first release.
